Books... BEDiM Day 8

Today's prompt is "Share a book that you’d like to read, but haven’t yet.  What draws you to it?"

Of the many, many books I want to read but haven't yet, I'm supposed to choose just one?  Seriously, I have 279 books on my 'owned but unread' pile and another 89 on my 'to track down' list.
